This superior 250L cask was sourced from revered Jerez sherry producer, Fernando de Castilla, & was filled in August 2022.

It is already tasting incredible, with a depth of rich spices & dark sugars.

Small samples are available on request until 31 March 2025.

Indicative pricing is $160/litre.
