Distillery Training Day

For the first time ever, a select group will go behind-the-scenes to learn about the working operations of the distillery.

Whisky lovers will get a deeper level of learning, allowing them to participate in making our spirits.

Join Rod & Phil as they collect new make straight from the still, learn to analyse the aromas, flavours & ABV of the spirit, including how to calculate ABV using a hydrometer & tables. We will then fill barrels using new make, analysing some ageing whisky casks together.

A full restaurant lunch will be supplied, & participants will get workbooks & a certificate of participation.The full training day, including restaurant lunch, is $495.
