Want to take your whisky journey to the next level?
Join us on October 25 from 7.30am - 4pm for our Distillery Training Day.
Under the tuition of Amber Lane’s head distiller & cellar master, this hands-on day will give participants the rare opportunity to learn skills & obtain insights into whisky production that simply can’t be learned in a book.
Get involved in the operation of a 3600L copper pot still during a spirit run, sample & analyse new make as it runs off the still, fill barrels with new make while it is still warm & analyse ageing spirit in casks.
Morning tea & restaurant lunch included
All participants receive a teaching booklet. At the successful completion of the session, all participants will be awarded a certificate of participation.
Enclosed shoes and long pants required.
