Central to Amber Lane’s success has been sophisticated maturation techniques learned from the great wine & Cognac producers of France. This unique expression reflects the French elevage technique of moving spirit through a succession of casks, then vatting select casks together, before a further round of cask maturation.
For structure & added mouthfeel, the spirit has been “kissed” by three months spent resting in ultra-premium French Oak casks, sourced from the renowned French cooperage, Sylvain. The finishing touch delivers depth, richness & a distinctive character that sets this whisky apart.
