CELTIC CUISINE + WHISKY | AMBER LANE X MERIBELLA

Amber Lane has teamed up with Terrigal’s Meribella restaurant for a special winter dinner, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of the Celtic Isles.

This event, held on July 31, paied a five-course degustation menu, with hand-selected Amber Lane whiskies, curated to complement each dish.

Executive chef Gavin Forman brought his Celtic roots to the table, honouring timeworn traditions from his homeland with contemporary techniques & deep respect for provenance. From Irish boxty, topped with smoked salmon and mustard crème fraiche, to Gaelic venison steak in a mushroom whisky cream, each course was a journey, enhanced by the complex, cask-matured expressions of Amber Lane’s award-winning whisky.

Guests began the night in the Meribella bar, where they met Amber Lane co-founder Rod Berry. They then enjoyed a five-course degustation menu, paired with Amber Lane’s Equinox, Liquid Amber, Noble Lane, Silk Lane & Destiny expressions.
