SOLD-OUT FIRST-EVER DISTILLERY TRAINING DAY ‘HUGE SUCCESS’

Amber Lane has hosted its first-ever distillery training day, with a group of whisky-making enthusiasts getting a deep-dive into the world of whisky distillation.

The sold-out event, held at the Central Coast distillery on October 25, saw participants enjoy a thorough exploration of whisky making processes, learning about everything from running the still to the art of blending the perfect whisky.

All participants received a certificate for their efforts, along with a workbook for at-home study.
