AMBER LANE UNVEILS 2025 LIMITED RELEASE NOBLE LANE - THE DESSERT WHISKY WITH A CULT FOLLOWING
Amber Lane, has today unveiled its latest whisky expression, 2025 limited release Noble Lane - the much-anticipated follow-up to its highly successful “crème brulee” style Noble Lane expressions.
Noble Lane, the latest limited release for the Central Coast distillery, is the third incarnation of Amber Lane’s Noble Lane, which twice sold-out in record time & has received huge accolades on the national & international stage.
Noble Lane was given a gold medal on the inaugural 2025 Halliday Spirits Guide, making it one of Halliday’s highest rated whiskies of the year. The 2023 release also received gold medals at the 2023 World Whiskies Awards and was rated Australia’s best cask strength whisky at the 2023 Royal Australian Spirits Awards.
Noble Lane’s release comes just weeks after Amber Lane’s Equinox was named Australia’s best whisky at the Royal Australian Spirit Awards, as well as best overall distilled spirit.
The latest expression reflects Amber Lane’s sophisticated approach to maturation, with beautifully integrated influences from ex-Bourbon, virgin French Oak & ex-Botrytis cask. Expect a gentle vanilla & citrus nose, giving way to a palate of lemon meringue, old-fashioned lemonade, cinnamon scrolls, pancakes with maple syrup & vanilla ice-cream.
